That Devel Sixteen seems like an imposter among the rest, only a working prototype in so far as there is footage of people driving the thing (slowly) but aside from the looks it doesn't appear to be comparable to the rest.
I feel like the Devel is the next biggest scam, like that one guy and his hydrogen powered trucks.

That,s why they called the Devel Sixteen a controversial car of the bunch. And we all know why, they bring the hype but they don,t really sell that many cars. Of course they made the Apollo IE which does exist, but their extremely rare.

2 of my friends work at nio..1 is chief engineer on that car....they made 12 or 17 cant remember but they were 1.7 million dollars each and they do a race season all over the world for the owners like ferrari etc and 1 chinese man bought 2 so he could race his best friend...the bit you have to climb over to get in is like a foot wide...stunning car and its been up goodwood hill climb

Nope, that record run Bugatti was slightly modified version with single seat and it wasn't done in presence of record holding companies and wasn't a two way run,the production version of that car is locked at 273 mph
