Servings: 25-27 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 113 grams of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of honey (3 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 60 grams oatmeal (1/2 cup)
- 300 grams of flour (1 + 3/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 7-8 minutes.
