Ingredients 👇
• 1 cup or 180g semolina
• 1/2 cup or 50g desiccated coconut
• 3/4 cup or 150g sugar
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 1/2 tsp Eno
• 1/4 cup or 50ml oil
• 1 cup milk
For the custard layering:
• 500ml milk
• 3-4 tbsp custard powder
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3-4 drop yellow food colour
For Garnishing:
• Pistachios
• Tutti Frutti
• White chocolate
