Could you please explain node evection detail.
like - which background process execute node reboot?
in 2 node RAC - node1 is fine but node2 having issue. In this case which node cluster component reboot node2.
is it node2 reboot it self or node1 cluster component responsible remotely reboot node2?

Service can run without TFA and if you wan to configure TFA services are much.
TFA is architecture for failure application connections and services are for you application connectivity
