God I feel sorry for Jake, he came across so badly on love island but I think he genuinely can’t articulate himself, all these interviews he gets so thrown off by the questions!! Bless him! Hope he’s alright, glad him and Liberty are on good terms 🤍

Lemmie say this, Jake is a good guy I hope his mental health stays intact with all the hate. However, Him n Liberty cannot work. One of them will bleed on the other.... And the fact that he realised Lib's value after they were parted, it means he didn't love her that much. I like the two and I hope they find people who will love them fully.❣️
@The viva warrior Jake didn't love Lib. Or hif he did he didn't love Lib in her love language. The lady didn't feel loved 😏. Remember when she wanted to go celebrate Kaz after her going exclusive with Tyler and Jake held on to her?? That's when Lib started feeling restricted. Then before she broke up with Jake she said that he made certain remarks that made her feel like she needed to change aspects of herself to be his type.
Speaking from a lady's perspective. That's not aman who loved her.
Also notice how he threw in" you are my gf" as a defense for everything.
There is getting tested in love then there is being aclown and if Lib went on, shed have been clowning. This is purely my opinion and how I'd have reasoned it out if I was in her situation. Not to say I'm right; only Jake and Lib know what they had and if they are truly meant for each other, then I will take my L.

If he wasn't into Liberty he wouldn't have called her yesterday and spoken to her for hours and also admitted that he regrets not trying harder for her. He is into Liberty. Just not as much as she is to him.

I agree. More than anything Liberty just came across as insecure. Nothing Jake did to try and prove himself was never enough for her. Didn’t she see that he was trying? I don’t get why ppl keep making excuses for her. The truth is she didn’t fight hard enough for him. Leaving just a few day’s before the finale? Had she lost her ever loving mind?
Agreed and it is bullying and harassment. No human being deserves that verbal abuse and it is dangerous for one's mental health and mental state of mind. Look at previous contestants and Caroline Flack, committing suicide after leaving Love Island and being on the receiving end of trolling and online bullying, including death threats. No human being should have to experience this. Some of the same people that were saying 'Be Kind' after Caroline Flack's death are still doing this now unfortunately .

Jake seems very emotionally and mentally vulnerable and maybe he was misunderstood. He doesn't deserve to be trolled and receive so much hate. I think he struggles to express his feelings in general. I'm feeling sorry for him now. He's a human being and no-one deserves that hate and verbal abuse.

I think Jake did have feeling for liberty . I think he does care about her and have love for her because they were together since day one but he wasn’t in love with her . I think liberty’s feeling we’re stronger and I genuinely Believe she was in love with him but Jake wasn’t. I’m happy that liberty broke it off because she deserves someone that is in love with her and love her just as much as she loves them . I hate that Jake wasn’t really honest about how he completely felt but he does not deserve all the hate . They ended the relationship on good terms we should just support them .
