Love the videos but definitely need to do more research on players. Matip would be a pointless Sell as he's done his ACL and is out of contract in the summer. Doak also has a long term injury so wouldnt be viable loan option.

Before the injury, Matip was also top class. I genuinely believe his performances before the injury should be rewarded with a new contract. Also, Wirtz to Liverpool is a great call. He is a tremendous player and is a stereotypical Klopp player. He won't move in January of course, but even so

Tom still doesn’t rate Endo even though he’s been one of our best performing and most consistent players of the season. his impact is the reason we’re on top with so many clean sheets and so few goals conceded. I’m also not surprised he doesn’t know about players like Zubimendi who’s release clause they could pay or Koné who they’re interested in again.

A lot of people don't rate him. He posted elite numbers in Germany, despite playing for a team regularly in relegation fights, now he is proving how elite he is under Klopp. He didn't play initially, much like Fabinho when he arrived at Liverpool and then he showed how elite he was. I honestly think that Matip warrants a new contract based on his performances pre injury. As far as Wirtz, there's no chance in January, but in summer? I think he would be a fantastic signing for Liverpool. Unlike many people who have only just become aware of Wirtz, I have followed his career since he broke into the first team at 16/17. He is a tailor-made Klopp player. They don't need a 6 when they have Endo and Mac Allister, not to mention Bajcetic who is still to come back from injury. We only need a CB if we keep Gomez out at LB, saying that, Robbo will be back soon.

@@garymaidman625 I get what you’re saying and I agree. the reason I said we need a 6 is because: yes we have macca endo and stefan, but if we got an actual 6 then macca would play in his natural position as an 8. so that means we’ve got endo and stefan left, endo is quality and reliable, stefan is our future but you can’t expect him to be fit all of the time so that’s why I think another 6 could be helpfull. so that when endo leaves, we have two 6s for the future in stefan and zubimendi. making that transfer this year could give him time and help him integrate into the squad already so that he can replace endo instantly.
I also see Thiago leaving this summer but we don’t need another 8 since macca can take over his spot.

I like this podcast but you really need to put more effort into these segments.
Why would we buy a forward when we've got 6 of them already? We might add another RW in the summer as a future Salah replacement but we're hardly going to sign a striker. Robertson will be back next month, so we aren't spending 60-70m on a LB anytime soon. Maybe a young back up option if the club decided to sell Tsimikas but seeing they gave him a new contract recently, that's unlikely.
Wirtz is actually the only semi-realistic shout but even that isn't happening because we need defensive minded midfielders not attacking ones.
