    Truth is if you are an honest person with no black money you won't be able to buy any resale property.
    New launches are at a very high rate.
    Only reason you see a price hike is because people from Delhi are selling property and "investing" in Gurgaon.
    If you are an end user nothing good is available except Deen Dayal low rise.

    Shapoorji is quoting at around 11-12k on dwarka expressway while you said average price is 17k which does not seems to be near about 17k.

      If you look at shapoorji , it is a mediocre society if you compare it to shobha, m3m(still developing), elan , it's rate will be ofcourse lesser, shobha is already selling above 17k, elan resale rate is around 16k, but yah you are correct average rate is below, it should be around 13-14k for under construction

      Hsvp Pataudi plot seems to be the best option as per sq ft builder floor works out to be around 5000/-, less than half of new Gurgaon and at 5/7 minutes drive once signal free pataudi Gurgaon Expressway is completed as work is on full swing🙏
