This is a perfect breakfast to make , my cousin and her son are coming from France for visit and she use to make that for us every weekend with all her leftovers breads (baguette ) 😏

Hi Joel, love that ! A dessert from my childhood (not exactly the same recipe), with this good semi-salted Brittany butter that is in my fridge !
It's hard to go back once you have Brittany butter, sadly it cost almost 3 times the price here!

Damn I made this but dredging didn’t penetrate to the centre of the bread so it was just regular bread in the middle. Almost a perfect meal because recipe is perfect. Thnx Joel buddy
