Defence Expert GD Bakshi on July 8 condemned the tragic terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua and advised a retaliatory attack on Pakistan. He further added that it’s time to change the map and Gandhigiri’ can be followed other times, now the time has come to lose hands and give a tight slap.
