Turkish Halva - A delicious Recipe from La Cocina De Guna
Ingredients:
2 cups semolina
125 gr butter
3 glasses of milk
1 cup sugar
pine nuts (optional)
Cooking:
Fry the semolina in a dry frying pan until light golden brown. Add butter and continue to fry over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
In the meantime, while semolina is fried, dissolve sugar in hot milk and pour into a pan with semolina. Cook until the milk is completely soaked. We turn off the fire. Halva is ready!

I took 1 1/2 cup of tahini, 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of milk powder :) i just mixed it all up and put it in the fridge. Super easy and taste is really nice!

Add sugary milk to hot fried semolina, stir until it gets proper consistency, let it cool, shape, serve.
