Hey there! Let us talk. God is faithful and will keep you. God will set things in order, and set them straight at his timing. Trust in him with all your heart, and he will come nigh unto you. God is love, and he will not allow your husband to go on doing that without consequences. Remember that God, he is a just God. He will recompense right judgement to the evildoer.
I would say, pray for his soul. He is in great danger!

Once a cheater always a cheater

That sort of mindset is of the world and shows you have a lack of understanding God's grace and how he can change people. No one can change on their own strength, they need the Lord and true repentance. Saying "once a cheater" is no different than saying "once an addict, once an alcoholic, once a glutton, etc". There are people out there that were in those sins and God saved and delivered them. Remember that the New Testament was mostly written by a man who was once a murderer...his name was Saul and he became Paul. When we continue to hold someone to their sins we don't allow them to get set free from that bondage. Remember the adultress? The pharisees were about to stone her and Jesus came in and said he who is without sin cast the first stone. She left a changed woman.
