Guava Buffalo Chicken Wings is a winning recipe born from my love for the predominant flavour of guava in Brazil and my preference for mild heat. Thanks to Jay Beaumont @meatstock, the legend behind the ideas of the videos, who convinced me to share this recipe. He pushed me to overcome my doubts and record my first video (Picanha).
