Bench Vice Install. Mount a Bench Vise Using a Receiver Hitch Part 1

In this video I am mounting my vise to the bench using a receiver hitch to pick up a little space. I don't use my vise everyday. I'm making it so I can put the bench vise in the receiver mount when I need it and put it away when I don't need it. This is part 1.
