This is actual Old School Runescape! A Re-boot of a 2007 save file of the game, released in February of 2013. We all started fresh, and the game has been getting weekly updates with a dedicated dev team ever since.

You only started getting construction exp after buying your PoH I think.
In wintertodt you can't get construction exp unless you have a PoH so maybe this is the same.

well you can still get a rare drop table from mystery box so it's posible to get dragon spear or rune kite shield

Think you should stick to the original rules of pet or 99 then 500k xp per new chunk.

@OSRSHannibal For real though I read somewhere that the Japanese version had it spelled "smō" which apparently is said rhyming with "snow" - but I think that was on r/darksouls so take it with a grain of salt.
