- The plaintiff is suing his friend over an unpaid loan. The defendant states the plaintiff asked him to sell a large amount of marijuana, but when they couldn’t move it, he and the plaintiff smoked it with a few of their friends. He claims the plaintiff showed up a few months later asking for payment for the marijuana. However, he said he didn’t owe the plaintiff anything since they all had a good time with it, and that the plaintiff’s claim about a $3,000 loan is a lie.

Defendant is a liar and JM is beyond gullible to believe such an ignorant story. No one is going to give their friend thousands of dollars worth of weed and then end up smoking it all together, Repeatedly! He would have just kept it for himself after the first time. The defendant just claimed it was about drugs bc he knew the plaintiff wouldn't be allowed to sue over drugs. "Wouldn't their best interest be" NO, it wouldn't! They KNOW they can't be prosecuted for saying they sold drugs with no proof of it and have Everything to gain by lying and not having to pay it back.
