The traditional way of making this dish is grilling the milkfish. It is called Inihaw na Bangus or Grilled Milkfish. Sometimes it is easier to make this kind of recipe with the use of the oven.
In this recipe, I made the authentic stuffing or the filling and to make it easy to cook, instead of cooking on a grill, I used the oven.
This is the best and easy way to enjoy the authentic inihaw na bangus or grilled milkfish as baked milkfish!

1 large Milk Fish (Bangus)
Salt
Pepper
[fish filling]
1/2 Red Onion (chopped) - amzn.to/3iAnLO1
1 thumb Ginger (chopped) - amzn.to/3tI6Ijg
1 pc Tomato (chopped) - amzn.to/3iEY7aI
1 tsp Tamarind Soup Mix - amzn.to/3uyybTI
[dipping sauce]
Soy Sauce

Red Onion
Pepper
Chili (optional)
