Here is method you can use, first find the density of soil u are using, then get an aproximate of weight by multiplying density of soil and volume of the space where u will put the soil. For wet soil. Use density of water, which is 1 kg per litre, estimate how many litres of water u will add. To measure total pressure, multiple the total weight of soil and grass with 9.81 and divide it by the area of your lawn(place where you want to put grass).
To check if your structure can handle the weight. Check how many pillars you have in your structure. It is best to plant near pillars and use proper drainage to avoid seepage
