I remember growing up in Chicago the parks used to be full, fights with gangbangers, wrestling, parties, summertime city exploration on bicycles, basketball till 10PM, catching fireflies in bottles and selling them to girls for a $1 to buy ice cream from the truck, hide and seek, baseball with tennis balls smacking the yelling neighbors windows, getting chased by dogs, and thousands of other fulfilling things all to be replaced by a smartphone, a Netflix subscription, and emptiness.
I thank my parents for not letting me have a cell-phone till i was 19. My generation witnessed the change that the following generation will have as a baseline. These kinds of transformations took centuries or more, this change happened in a decade. I can't fathom the upcoming transformations when the people born into smartphone and internet takeover.

ngl I did the same shit as adin, start of 202023 I got in the gym hella, I was actually big asl, genuine 6 pack and all, felt amazing when every person I hadn't seen in awhile told me how different I looked, but I lost focus on the gym (not bc of lean or whatever but I do smoke a lot of weed, that may have contributed, I smoked while I was getting big too but I think I did it more frequently when I stopped going to the gym, that being said I drank so heavily in that period where I was constantly in the gym, and i dont drink nearly as much now, u can have fun and get big, just make sure fun comes after) and lost all that, I'm trying to get it back and I will this summer no doubt, stay strong guys, got the role model back 💪guarantee I'm over 200lbs within 3 months if not 2
