Honestly I don't think that would be a good move for him. It's one thing to catch big fish casual fishing. Tournament fishing is a different because 150-300 boats on the lake all looking for the same thing. Also casual fishing you get to pick and choose which lakes you fish.

They throw crankbaits with braid and fast action rods then throw fits after They lose them. Just an fyi, the moons do matter. If you have ever mats and bugs sworm around lights. It is the same thing with bait fish. The bait are attracted to the bright reflection on the water and those bait fish and bugs on the surface attract bigger fish

I'm 14 years old and love bass fishing. My family doesn't have a lot of money to spend so I use cheap fishing equipment. My favorite bait is a 6 inch watermelon seed zoom lizard. I would really love it if googan made a type of lizard.
The cheap stuff is just as good, zoom makes good lures, it’s about the fisherman not the gear, the googans are fun to watch but some of their stuff is overpriced

@Jon B. Met you at Schoodic the other day, very professional and nice to my kid earned a sub just on that alone. Like I said though you were at the wrong end, that dam get's fished out. The bridge you went to is where they stock trout. North end of the lake is where you would find the good bass and some massive togue/salmon. Anyhoo was nice to meet you guys actually fishing in podunkville!

I love how the bass that you consider little in Texas are actually big here in Maryland lol. Last year I had an absolute miracle of catching a behemoth. Since then, the biggest bass ive caught this year was like half the size of it
