The lightsaber fight in the beginning was good. I was worried that they were going to keep Yord alive by giving him only a slight wound to the thigh, but at least they finished him off later in the episode. One of main issues for me were they poor way they ended the fight. Running up and attaching a flashlight on the back of Qimir so the forest bugs carry him away seemed like a ridiculous way to beat a guy that had just taken on a whole squad of Jedi. It seemed like a lazily written way to end the fight in a draw so they could resolve it in a future episode.
Two random thoughts:
RIP Dafne Keen, I really didn’t want you to die and was looking forward to seeing you in other projects.
Imagine if the show pulled a surprise on us and the man under the mask was revealed to be Keanu Reeves
This episode was great, but the bugs carrying him away? Stupid ending to a fight 😂

May’s character doesn’t make sense. I don’t understand why she fought the padawan when in the previous episode she wanted to give herself up to the Jedi.

Very fun episode. I would recommend taking 1 minute to see the ecks clips video "this sith theory goes hard" which basically is all the speculation ive been doing since ep 3, and why i didnt hate it. If they end up doing what is speculated in that video i think i might end up thinking the show is decent despite its numerous flaws

Even though this series is horrible(to me), I will give credit where credit is due.. the fight looked absolutely amazing. If they would’ve just had that great quality at the start, and continue it, it would’ve been amazing. But they had to go off on a rabbit trail.
Had they given us a Sith-centric show like they marketed this show as it wouldn't be getting the hate that it's getting. This episode could have easily been the 2nd or 3rd episode in the show that I believed it was going to be.
It’s never gonna be good because the people leading this is the shows downfall. We can play what ifs…. But since the very beginning, Kathleen Kennedy and her minion, Leslie literally announced a few years ago, they want to make men uncomfortable and break Star Wars lore. They wanted to ruin things to make their mark…. They got it and now they pretend they never said that but it’s literally caught on film.
