Rose Hills Courts Redevelopment Project

The redevelopment and expansion project for the Rose Hills Courts public housing complex has started. The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), partnered with Related California initiated phase one for the oldest public housing complex in Northeast LA. After phase two, the project will have 185 multi-family units, parking, a community building, and a green park space.
