    took the dualtron out for a ride. got used to it real quick. ended up popping wheelies as its another fun platform! :) so fun i got it for myself lol.
    finally got the go pro to record a whole ride by bringing my milwaukee 12v battery along lol.

    So many lol's on this one bud! thanks for sharing.. First the helmet to stop you going stupid fast .. starts to come off at 55km/h lmao.. awesome hehe.. i think you might regret trading your wolf.. the longer wheelbase and handlebars i would say would be more comfy for long distance cruising. The shorter squat dualtron i think would be more tiring even though the storm has more range over the King. There is a heck of alot of squiggle on the front i saw.. you'd need a damper on the steering there too... 40A controllers at the back of the storm isnt to be sniffed at either. I think the 3 things that puts me off the storm is .. not for taller riders, no plug 'n' play cables so can get damaged with problems replacing... and lack of footrest. At the end of the day.. the storm is a monster hill climber.. and an aggressive rider dream for stunt riding due to its length to width ratio being so balanced as you found out by the ease of wheelie'ing it :) i think :)

      well. its mine now lol. its just easy to ride and id say id transport this around in a boot better than the wolf.

    • @oddtechman
      @oddtechman Před 2 lety +1

      @@highwaltage yeah its a lot shorter than the wolf by a considerable margin.. I just think its more for hills and stunt riding more than anything though :)

      @@oddtechman yeah perfect for me lol. i dont like being too comfortable while i ride. makes ya a little blase. even while on the back wheel my head is pivoting keeping my eyes on others.

      Dualtron STORM has 45amp Controllers. Early release pre-order models had 40amp Controllers. You can tell the difference simply by looking at the heatsink fins.

      Handlebar risers are available for taller riders.
      And range is unlimited with the hot swap 21700 cell battery packs.

    Hay did you end up doing a range test on the wolf warrior x..am thinking of getting one..but I'm not sure about the range..thanks for the videos I do enjoy watching them..

    • @highwaltage

      the first video with steve from scooter bros on the x was a decent ride. it did well there. other than that no i havent done a range test myself.

    • @highwaltage

      i often ask myself this. but then you feel the acceleration and its still fun everytime. 80kph is fine for top speed i think. how fast i get there is the fun bit. lol

    I just got a storm and it's was terrifying the first ride. Acceleration was too High and been messing with the settings as it was a nightmare at slow speeds. Still trying to find sweet spot between high end and practical slow speeds for pulling away and slow turning

      @@highwaltage i just bought one and wanna ask if you can recommend the s8 enough after riding these kind of beasts? ty

    • @highwaltage
      @highwaltage  Před 2 lety +1

      @@itsnotdoneyet6980 i still ride my modified x8 around. its no where near as obnoxious as these bigger scoots so public transport, if you use it, dont care as much. s8 as a single motor is very light. and still a great base to learn how to throw these things around.
