Tracing Paper/Rice Paper Scroll Ephemera

Hello friends,
Today, we are making these cool scrolls using tracing paper & rice paper. I really loved this idea as an unusual vintage writing space scroll. I made a few. A couple of them I made pockets to go along with the large journal card scroll. Another, I made to be a full page tuck spot.

So when I first saw this I thought that I would do it but not roll it up just leave it down and see through. But once you put it in your reference journal it did look super cute rolled up!! ❤

108 degrees here in Kansas today. That is known as a crafting day! I really need to organize my digitals, too! I head to the mountains for a few days later this week so I will have some time then. I wish I had great crafting dreams like yours!! This is an awesome project!

Wow!! You've really been on a roll, creating all kinds of things. Great idea. I'm listening to you while I putz around in my craft room. I'm glad the really hot weather is over for now. My poor flowers really took a beating. We haven't been to the beach yet. The beach digitals are so pretty. I've been enjoying watching your videos. I think it's nice to have more than one thing to work on at a time.

Cute idea Love it 💖 has been hot here too from 102 to 106 we live in an old house and air conditioner just does one room, so fans in bedrooms and my studio as other wise is just too hot..

I remember those days. A couple years ago, after owning our house for 40 years, finally got central air. Before that I couldn't work in my studio at all.

Yes! You just want a permanent pen. I use the artist pit pen in black from Fabercastelle ❤️
