Beans Tin dated 2020 - must have shut down because of the Covid19 outbreak?? sad really - looked like a reasonably nice hotel in a lovely area of Wales.
Probably closed 2019.Don't forget tin would have had up to a year's shelflife when purchased.
Much rather encounter security than some squatter on drugs with a dog. 😆 And how are they paying that guy's salary but won't even fix the roof? Smh...

Wow - I know that feeling - explore 80% of the place before you realise someone’s inside the building with you . Awesome explore , you got to all the good stuff before you were found out , surprised the dog didn’t go off earlier though , mustn’t of heard anything .

Blimey in my town! Yeah it’s been shut since 2018 I think, some sort of ownership issue…. There is an active private flat on the top floor that’s probably why the heating is on! Done a few gigs in that function room!

According to the local news, it closed suddenly in April 2019 and was subsequently put up for sale for 1.5 million. Its closure would not appear to be due to the Covid lockdowns, although they may have had a bearing on it still being closed today.

Hi Matt, seen you on live chat and you were talking about one of your videos getting flagged for profanities and hate speech, I have a theory. You might not be swearing on using hate speech, but there are rooms full of graffiti that includes a lot of profanities and hate speech and symbols. Are youtuble recognising these? My phone recognises painted words etc, maybe youtube has similar technologies.

Always great locations but you make way too much noise so I’m surprised you don’t get caught more. Your videos would be much better if you didn’t make stupid noises and feel the need to fill every second with noise IMO.
