Another brilliant video
I went to an elementary school that was built in 1923 but it didn't have 'Mixed' carved in sandstone on the front of it. I think if it did people would have thought it meant mixed race and demand to know why it was being pointed out. It did however, have Boy's and Girls doors and separate playgrounds even though it was already the early '70's. The playgrounds were separated by an elaborate front door and cast iron fences so I guess they had to use it the way it was.
