I eat a "Roast beef combo" (comes with provolone cheese) with a side of onion rings from Nick's Roast Beef, drink a can of Evil Twin Brewing's Even More Coco Jesus, and end with a game of solitaire.

What is ASMR? It is both a sensation and a medium.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current, non-scientific name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally help induce this sensation, also referred to as "tingles", but also provide a relaxing, calming, soothing, therapeutic and even entertaining experience for the viewer.
Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect.

if you're willing to make them yourself, leek rings are a great substitute for onion rings. Leeks don't get as slimy when they're cooked so they won't slide out of the breading.

Theres something about these food videos that makes me appreciate and enjoy the small things in life. The peace and calm this specific asmr video gives me every time i watch it is unreal, its like I'm in a different reality when I put my headphones on.

It is always hard to tell when it comes to videos as he possibly makes these days or weeks in advance sometimes, but it always seems like he grows a beard quickly. Some guys can and some cannot. I know I grow a decent five o clock shadow in just two days. It honestly is pretty annoying. I imagine as I get a little closer to pushing 30, I will feel like an ape. >.> He might grow just as fast and does not like to deal with it. Not really sure though.
