    Scared money don't make money. Door knocking and cold calling, whether to FSBOs or expireds or circle prospecting, is never fun and is so difficult to keep the momentum. But doing the activities that other agents aren't willing to do is what makes rockstar agents stand out. Thank you for always providing quality content Brandon and good motivation. You and Ricky Carruth are my favorite real estate mentors

    Can you talk about how you introduce yourself when they open the door (that lets them know you’re wanting to offer to be a second option and not just another realtor wanting to try to list it immediately)

      My first thought would be to ask to tour bc you may have a buyer for them & then get into offering services

    Honestly don’t do what I did. I was on a team and it was working out. They saw my hustle with treating the office like a 9-5 and asked me to be an ISA I said yes to the steady pay check. Once it came time to hand off my own personal leads they treated them like internet leads. Never again am I handing the ball to someone who won’t finish it. What is worse is they take 55% of my commission till I give them 2.5 mil in volume that’s 55k in their pockets

    Great video, Brandon! Just acquired my license last month. My question is: great idea to assist the owner, and say you get the conversion after 6-8wks, and they take your offer to allow you to list it. What are you now going to do differently to assist that you haven't already been doing?

      The 6-8 weeks of follow up consistent of recommendations. When you list the property, you take over and execute on I’ll of your strategies to get the home sold.

    With you serving the FSBO, if the home didn't sell while you were assisting, wouldn't that reflect bad about your skills to have the listing after their attempt?

      We’re simply supporting them while they are trying to sell on their own. We’re not actually using any of our tactics while they are selling on their own. It’s not till they give up and hire us that we deploy our systems to get the property sold.

    You are not taking into account splits, realtor fees, desk fees, and other expenses (gas) when calculating $10k/month. At best you’d make $3k if you subtract taxes, retirement, split, etc. Videos like this are the reason people think it’s easy to be an agent.
