      Oh yes we do. My husband’s truck was broken into and thousands of power tools were stolen that Monday morning during the hurricane. Another truck and car were broken into as well that day at 4 am. Those thugs wake up when hard working men go to sleep. During the police report the cop told me the crooks only steal when cops aren’t around, had there been more police officers nearby they wouldn’t be smashing windows left and right. Super fun going to the mechanic on a Tuesday during the chaos. The lot was full of people trying to repair their broken windows. Such a shame. Can’t get a job to save their life and don’t care about getting hurt and going out in the middle of a hurricane. All to steal someone’s living to get by until the next theft. Great role models. Model citizens. If they’re unemployed and have kids they even get food on the taxpayer’s dime. Despicable.

      Same as Dallas. We have a massive shortage of police and it been for the last 5 years. A lot more time for anyone to show up to defend and protect law abiding citizens. 2nd amendment is all we got but the justice system and officials here are liberal and soft on crime and criminal. Something has to change.

      @GettingthruLife Před 27 dny +1

      @Don-mi6zl You have no clue. I have lived here 50+ years. I clearly know things you ignore don't follow what's going on. Police shortages nearly everywhere as cities and states defunded the police and stopped supporting them. Many long-term police retired early or quit. It's well documented recruiting is way down and departments are having hard times hiring new officers. Crime in Dallas now is off the charts and homelessness has taken over. Turned into awful places and a lot less safe.

    Where is the military industrial complex. I want to see imminently rapid deployment more national spending massive factories building cables and other materials and more stuff with worker engineers, sappers, Sturm Pioneers on the field. In less than a week it could be done upgrading everything. If Uncle Sam back 1941 could build a mighty military both earth sea and air combine why not now with all the high tech stuff. US is made of war economy model. It thrives on wars why not declare war on global warming and nature as threats to national security. A world Parody.

I love how the state government of texas loves to blame the utility company every time a natural disaster occurs in that state, yet they do nothing to change it.
