Gin (Tanqueray): 50ml
Dry Vermouth (Dolin): 10ml
Sweet Vermouth (Dolin): 10ml
Ice
Olive (for garnishing)

Recipe:
Spread shaved cube ice in a mixing glass.
Rinse the ice with dry vermouth to cleanse its surface.
Soak the olive in the rinsed liquid to remove excess salt.
Add gin, dry vermouth, and sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour the stirred mixture into a glass.
Garnish with an olive.
