Love and Sunshine (2019 Hallmark Movie) Tribute: You are my sunshine

Love and Sunshine is not just a movie about love, it is also about believing in yourself. Ally (played by Danica McKellar) is the owner of a local nursery, who is fostering a dog called Sunshine. The owner of Sunshine, Jake (played by Mark Deklin), is a military officer serving overseas. When he eventually returns home, he couldn't help but fall in love with Ally, who has been taking great care of Sunshine, but she is also smart, independent, lovely and successful. However, when Jake got a call again from the military asking him to return to base, he is conflicted by the relationship with Ally and his duty to serve.
It is a happy ending, Ally has decided to wait for Jake while he is gone and Jake, well, let's just say he did the right thing by proposing to Ally. The story is very touching, very emotional, yet very heart warming and lovely. A very interesting story line that runs throughout this movie is how Ally tries to break out of his ex-boyfriend's shadow and starts to believe in herself, making her talent shine through. And this is one of the biggest reasons I love this movie.

Mark is more mature compared to some of the other actors so it's so nice to watch him in Love and Sunshine. He is so romantic. I wish he would act in more movies.

Great Movie I'm adding it to my Hallmark collection. Mark Deklin looked familiar to me from some other Hallmark movies. He's got a seriously interesting background.

Such a wonderful story. Great pairing of Mark and Danica, and of course the dogs!🙂 I just wish they had included more wedding photos. Nothing like a man in uniform🙂 I hope to see more of Mark in Hallmark movies. How about a sequel also with Danica and Mark.🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Kind of like the sequels to the All of My Heart movies. It must be time for a baby or twins movie! Being a huge Lucy fan, I was so happy to hear the names of Gabby, (maybe they was an old-timer in one of the Lucy programs ---I am thinking of the miner in Lucy Desi Comedy Hour with the great Fred McMurray). Please correct me if I am wrong. And then adding Lucy, Ricky, and Little Ricky to the family. Great choices. I was also very surprised to see a very skinny, young Aaron Spelling in an episode and of course one of my all-time favorites, Bob Hope,🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 ❤ .. Several years ago my mom and I attended the Lucy Birthday Celebration Weekend in Jamestown. We even stayed an extra day. One of the best mini vacations my mom and I shared. Such an enjoyable experience. So much to do, people to meet, things to do and see, tours, a mini cruise on Lake Chitauqua, .... and the greatest memories of a lifetime ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
