Just bought Cannondale bike from China, and in packaging photo there weren’t brake disk on the front wheel, is it stored in other little boxes? 3:40

May i ask you one question which one is better for gravel bike?? Sram Apex or Shimano 105?
My answer to that would be that it depends on a) what you're used to, and b) how you intend to use the bike.
a) if you're not familiar with SRAMs double-tap shifting, it's a little different. If you're used to the Shimano shifters, the SRAM system can take some getting used to. It's solely a matter of preference, not a better-worse comparison.
b) Apex comes with a 10 speed cassette and with the mid-cage derailleur can go up to 32t sprocket, which should be low enough gearing for most things the average rider would try to tackle. Shimano 105, by comparison, is an 11 speed cassette and with it's mid cage goes up to a 34t sprocket...so if you intend to do lots of climbing, or loading your bike down with lots of gear (ie: touring/bikepacking) I would say the 105 medium cage might serve you that little bit better.
c) Braking: I am pretty sure Apex uses mechanical brakes vs. the 105 which has hydraulic. This is again a matter of preference. In terms of performance, 105 will win...but in the event of failure, mechanical brake systems are generally easier to work on and the parts are often more widely available. If you intend to go far off the beaten path, or if you just live where access to bike parts is limited, that might be an important consideration.
d) Racing? If you're a gravel racer, Shimano has a few crankset options for the 105...including a 50-34, 52-36 and even a 53-39...so if you have the leg power, and speed is your thing, swapping out the cranks would give you more high-end speed than you'll likely be able to get from the Apex group. It's worth noting that the Topstone featured in this video comes stock with an FSA Omega 46-30 crankset, so it will be geared a little lower than if it had come with 105 cranks. That would be one of the first upgrades I'd make if I were going to race it.
