Since onion garlic raddish comes under tamasik aahar it is prohibited. Sanatanis especially vaishnavas eat only whatever is offered to Parabramha which is then called prasadam. And in india there are plenty of veggies, recipes available than rotten & pungent meat onion garlic etc.
