If you are particularly interested in English then you can do English honours from any good college also try if you can get yourself enrolled in DU or such prominent colleges

Not really but you have give interviews in those universities where students also come from Hindi background. We have professors who are not well versed with English language and it’s fine but I’ll suggest you to learn English with time as it will help you in your future endeavours
