Song Covers on my DIY Novation Launchpad

This video will focus on my diy homemade launchpad that I made in my last video. I will perform a few covers; talk about the coding; and answer a few comments. I uploaded this video with the full "don't let me down" launchpad cover before, but I got a copyright strike, so I had to cut it way down.

I forgot to mention in the video that you also need this library( playground.arduino.cc/Main/MI... ) And you need to install loop MIDI, or some other program that can create virtual MIDI ports.

Make sure to change the baud rate to 256000. You can to this by opening up Hairless midi and clicking file - preferences and changing the baud rate to 256000.

You can use the Wormhole plugin in ableton to change pages automaticaly (Its only working with max4live and ableton suite) kiss 😘

If you use the Adafruit trellis boards than no. But if you use these boards www.sparkfun.com/products/8033?_ga=2.253335049.1635327241.1500145987-817684997.1500145987 than yes. But it might require some more coding.

It would be much harder than this, not only would you have to do multiplexing, if you don't want to buy an arduino mega you would need shift registers to increase the pins on the board, and then wiring it would be a chore.
