Illegal Immigration In India | J Sai Deepak | NRC | CAB | CAA | ROHINGYAS |

  • The issue of illegal immigration and its effects have long been brushed under the carpet, much to our detriment as a country, as a society and as a civilisation. The recent issue of illegal immigration of Rohingyas gives us an opportunity to discuss and formulate our position on the specific issue of Rohingyas as well as the larger issue of illegal immigration. This also gives us an opportunity to build our narrative as a civilisation, which has long-term implications for us domestically as well as externally. Advocate J. Sai Deepak will endeavour to address these issues as part of his talk based on his understanding of the ongoing proceedings before the Supreme Court in relation to illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and Rohingyas.
    About the Speaker:
J Sai Deepak is an Indian jurist notable for his work on the court case pertaining to the entry of women to Sabarimala

@@noirdesir1124 The main problem and fear the other communities have over Muslim community is from the past experiences of Countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines- Those who were minorities are now Majorities and declared those countries as islamic nation. So as they follow such a trend, The fear is too deep rooted. Just take the actions taken by USA, China and great Israel. But india doesn't have to follow them but should send all immigrants out of the country due to many reasons. If the Religion of the dangerous majority immigrants have to mentioned in a law then it has to mentioned. There is no racism or exclusion of a particular religion. If they are the most peaceful religion their protests should have justified that.

Fantastic denouement. Legally grounded, based on facts and reports, point-by-point refutation of the bleeding heart liberal argument with its obfuscation of facts and positions. Every Indian needs to hear this speech and follow up with all the references Mr. Sai Deepak quotes.

A resonating voice of reason. He should do talk shows in the US too so that the woke people here can learn a thing or two. I say this as someone who was very left leaning and was skeptical of CAA NRC.

His exposition of the subversion of India's security and integrity carried out by the IMDT act was on point. I would go to the extent of stating that those that were instrumental in passing the act should be investigated for their treason against Indian union.

Sai. Deepak, you are doing a fantastic job, and I believe this session has been splendidly informative. I would certainly make use of this information to further this idea in battling against the land jihad that is currently underway in uttarakhand.
I would insist that you make a public speech for the commoners in uttarakhand.
Wish you all the success in your endeavours ahead!

Sri Sai Deepak is one of the most brilliant legal minds in our country. There is no one that can match his arguments based on law, rationale and FACTS. All these other clowns that come on line debating him (Like irrational Assitosh et all ) do it just to get some cheap publicity ,that they were in the debate with Sri Deepak. Very much like to see this young gentleman Deepak get a suitable Governmental position to utilize his talents. May Sri Deepak be blessed with a long life and a perfect health to continue with his passion of bringing justice to the masses in our beloved country. JAI HIND
