I say if you cheese it with your torch, this weapon is the best weapon in Curse of the Dead Gods.

Man, I watch this playing with a weapon that'll get you killed in one hit, and I doubt I'll EVER be able to do that. I get hit A LOT!

Don't doubt yourself man, just take it easy one game at a time and you will get good.
Small tip: whenever you play with the sword but you're not attacking hold out your torch instead and you will just take normal damage instead of dying, good luck!

I’m assuming this is your highest damage dealt in a single blow? Mine is 1594, also achieved with the Sword of Conjuctivius, but mine was with the weakened status on the final boss, so you would have had me beat if you decided to weaken him with a parry or lit him up with your torch and then hit him with the Sword of Conjuctivius.

@@rokuwolf9971 I (kinda) accomplished my long time goal. No damage taken + never ending greed kill streak on the final exploration. I only say “kinda” because I wanted to accomplish this without the aid of a Golden Hourglass relic and decided to allow it, just to see if I could at least do it with a Golden Hourglass relic. Also achieved a new personal record for highest damage dealt (in a single hit). In case you were interested in watching it:

I got it from one of the pedestals before starting the run, you have to make sure you have them upgraded so they have a chance to start with cursed weapons, still just random so needs some luck

Snake is all about killing things fast so make sure you have good damage with a weapon you're comfortable with.

You can use the leap attack of the boss to damage the serpent adds if you haven't already

Normally yes, but if you look at it closely you will notice I am actually holding my torch out, you need to hold the sword to get one hit death, otherwise you just take normal damage.

Soo bosses can't kill you instantly with this weapon? You got several hits on bosses and not died

Yes they can, if you look closely at the times I got hit I switched to my torch so I just took normal damage instead of insta-death. The only way you die is if you are holding the sword in your hand the moment you get hit.

S for the gameplay but B for Combat, bro you literally have a gun as your secondary, you have a chance to combo every opponent you just faced and bosses too, to lower their health quickly. But anyways Good Gameplay

I wanted to only use the sword this run so I was intentionally avoiding using the gun, plus with the sword finisher I get big number to trigger the dopamine in my brain, on a normal run tho, you're absolutely right and that is how I would normally play it.
