Everyone says that Chihiro's voice was cute, and I agree, but I have to admit that I nearly wet myself when I heard Monokuma's voice, especially that "THIS WAS A HUGE MISCALCULATION!!" part. He acts like such an idiot, and that's what makes it so funny!

Actually Fujisaki is a name I remembered, it's just that I chose to call the other guy Oowada over Mondo. It's just the names that popped up in my brain I guess.
+MiniMizzie24 There's a character from Noragami Aragoto who is named Fujisaki, and I hate him for a thing he did to Hiyori(my ship is going to sink!). But Chihiro Fujiski is an exception because he's adorable.

she cares more about them than the others who became despair. She created the killing game inside of the locked school because she would get the most despair having to see her beloved classmates die in front of her. Also because she knew how lucky makoto is, she wanted to feel the despair when he would kill her in the game.

Closest are "With minimal restrictions, you are free to explore Hope's Peak Academy at your discretion." and (within the context of a trial) "If the guilty party is exposed during the class trial, they alone will be executed.", but unlike SDR2's "lead teacher will never directly interfere except in the case of a rule violation" Usami rule that couldn't be completely circumvented and NDRV3's "Monokuma will never directly murder" it's never completely explicit. Yeah, the rules end up broken to one degree or another in all the games anyway, but that's technically not one
well this is implied to be happening in school mode and not the actual killing game so i dont think the rules have even been established
