TSW2: How to start AC4400

So it seems many people who buy a train simulator don't know how to start and move a train so here's a quick video of starting the AC4400 from cold, and moving it.
If you're doing a service or scenario, there's a good chance that the engine is already running, so jump to 1:46 in the video to cut in the brakes.
If the loco is cold, turn the engine, control and generator field switches to ON.
Set the engine start switch to START
Hold the start button for Min 4 seconds.
Set the engine start switch to RUN
Using the IFD, notice the engine will be starting in progress. Once complete, use the keys as shown to Cut In the brakes, Set the locomotive to Lead, and save changes.
Set reverser to forward, auto train brake to Release and throttle to get moving.

You switch the generator on without running engine?!? Wow!, that seems to be the best way to destroy the avionik,radio and displays ... First start the engine and finally switch the generator on!

Thanks! But how do I get an engine that is not running? Every scenario I load up has the engines already running!
