I still have my LG V60 for almost 5 months and I never had any issues with it ♥️
V60 is a beast I know a lot of people don't like the form factor of the v60, but you best believe if you drop this phone on concrete you might get some scuffs on the side of the phone and some dings and it'll still be good to go versus the s20 ultra. You drop that without a case on concrete it's ball game. I've never had a problem with it not having a high refresh rate. In fact, I have phones with high refresh rates and I don't even use it. But yeah, v60 is definitely a solid device

I like the form factor of the S20 ultra Better you can't go wrong with either phones I think in a lot of the comparison they're pretty equal with the exception of the fingerprint scanner some of the game play settings and the refresh rate and cameras. The V60 stands out different to me when it comes to overall Features you've got dual screen capabilities and you have the quad dac with the headphone Jack. Also I don't know what LG did when it came to optimizing battery life it is very difficult to kill that phone
Simple the LG's refresh rate is 60Hz, whereas Samsung's 120hz. That 60hz display helps with the battery life.
The LG a tremendous bargain,its lots of phone for its price.

Yeah I've got the pixel 6 and back up is the v60. Pixel 6 is more of my work device because voice to text comes out very clear you will not believe how many times I've had to go back and resubmit messages because of how horrible voice to text is on samsung devices even unfortunately on the v60. Pixel 6 you got that call screening you got the voice to text a lot of things that you can do even though the phone is not customizable as much I really think they've designed pixel phones the same as iphones which is really business Type people who care about software, security and excellent cameras.

I prefer my v60 for the headphone jack mainly, and the flat screen is preferable. Plus I use a Wacom stylus with it when I'm working outside all day with gloves on in the winter. But the s20 ultra is nice for all the reasons you point out. I wish Samsung had waited one more generation to take away the headphone jack.

S20 Ultra is still my all time favorite phone. Typing on this right now. Bought a V60 renewed on Amazon and it crashed after 3 hours and never turned back on. Bad one I guess, had to send it back. I'm still gonna get one for my son. I love the S20 Ultra above my 22 Ultra and 13 Pro Max. Keeping this one as my main backup. Great comparison between these two behemoths. ✌️💕

Yea mine crashed all the time. It doesnt like wireless charging. It would come back on but I would have to let the battery die completely. Then when I'd plug it in it was good as new. I got rid of it last week.

I have the S10+ and the 22U. Lg has some of the best displays and display optimizations. They definitely hang with the flagships. Their downside is software quality.
My last lg got stuck in bootloop and then died. It is a bonus it's incredibly cheap. If I was buying a backup phone I'd probably pick the LG V60 over anything else just to try something off the beaten path

I would love it if someone compared bluetooth audio, V60 has aptx adaptive (better than aptx hd) and sounds fantastic over bluetooth, the s20 ultra i believe doesnt even have aptx hd(? - correct me if im wrong)

I've had both of those. That V60 is not even in the same class as that S20ultra. They are both pretty fast though.

our issue with LG phones is that the charging port is easily damaged. idk what happened but every LG phones we had in less than 2 years of usage the charging port is always the issue. it started with LG G7, then V40 then finally the V60. we are so done with LG
Unfortunately I must agree with you because on my V60 right now I'm having charging issues with the port so I even have to make sure that whatever charge I'm using that the phone is actually charging

My s20+ has weak network signal especially on low network areas network just disappears
While the UI isn't as polished, one must be really naive to fall for the incremental updates. Camera is better for sure but is it worth the extra 1k? If rather travel or buy video games or buy a home gym for that sort of money.
When you're younger, you feel like the latest things are a status symbol. After a point, if you don't realize it will never stop, you end up being empty inside because you never learned to be happy with what you have.
Amazon had renewed lg V60s for $155 a few weeks back. Now up to $175. Pretty hard to beat that unless you want to spend double or change phone plans. Agree Samsung software is better.
Get the s21 ultra for slightly more than the s20 ultra price and significantly a better phone especially going into 2023

Hi Matthew, i bought a V60 2 days ago but i have a issue with my top speaker, it sound distorced when volume is high, i bought it on Aliexpress from china, and i think speaker is dirty, what you think??? That's all i LOVE this device, the games aré Light in V60, the Display is Awesome, is very loud but that issue is shi7 the camera is very good and the design in real life is so Good

@@johnnyvint5192 hi, the cost was of 240$, in Aliexpress Standard Shipping, plus 5$ to send, take 12 days to arrive here to México and the phone is correct, looks like new, unlucky because the second speaker sound bad, but all good really great device, the battery life is in 90%, T-mobile and i can update to A12, recomend to buy in that website

I honestly believe the s20 ultra may be the best phone of all time. The screen is still top notch, I get 9 hours screen on time, the camera is insane, the screen is massive, the little extra features are second to none. For the price it's hands down the best buy available.

It doesn't make any sense to pick either up because the price of the s20 series and s21 series is way too close and the s21 series destroys the s20 series, the s20 base started at $999 which was the cost of top-notch or $1099 at the most and then s21 series was $200 cheaper which ended off its self putting its predecessor into the dirt and with the of the s21 series the s20 ultra cost around $1099-1199 roughly the same price as what the s21 ultra launched for it didn't get price reduction over the years to redeem its value and the amount of focusing issues this device has and not good video recording, it doesn't have LTPO tech which lead to screen burning issues they phone just had to much issues. Considering the s21 ultra falls in the 4-year update policy the s20 ultra is on its security patch stage now android 13 is rolling out to this rightnow.

The s20 ultra goes for as low as $379 which is very expensive for a phone that is done with getting android updates, while the s21 ultra which is substantially better and destroys this phone and with this phone being around for 2-3 more years of android update and 4 more years of security updates go as lower as being able to find for under $449 the prices are so similar in price it makes no sense to buy a phone and be unsupported with software tomorrow if this phone was like under $150 than would make sense but almost $400 on a phone which is in its security patch stage your literally foolish if u spend that much money when u have s21 ultra and s22 around for under $400 same price as s20 ultra.
