starting at okehampton train station, i hiked up to yes tor: dartmoor’s second highest peak at 619m. then i headed down to row tor to set up camp for the night. been a long time coming this one. some time for me and to reset the mental. blissfully unaware of the storm that was in store for me, i gave it a real go. #dartmoor #wildcamping #hiking

Get those guy line tighter and get bigger pegs, less tent flap means better sleep
Highly recommend a night on Yes Tor when the weather is good the views are something else, if its clear you can even see Wales. I've done all the North Moor ones now and that's easily my favourite.

Eating in the rain lol I bet you had a cold sleep . Bring extra socks or even light plastic bags put on your feed heading back . Been Wet is known for hypothermia In UK or Ireland when camping . It's only march still low temperatures at night .
