Sad that they didn’t add more wildlife than the little gophers and birds and stuff. The initial announcement trailer gave the impression Infinite’s setting would be full of big wildlife that would have more gameplay impact and flesh out the environment much more.
Same I don’t know if it’ll happen or not it still bothers me till this day that they would lie to us about that whatever 343 I still believe bungle did it better though only thing they nailed in the new game was the combat and movement fluidity and Gun shooting. They even said it was supposed too be like call of duty from what they were copying from the game is basically COD
This is ridiculous that it literally makes me wanna tear up, but seriously when you see stuff that things could have been and what it ended up, its really sad as a long long long time fan
I think a number of the developers were upset that they couldn't deliver on this part of the game, all this work and they had to cut it to sell, now they are making another halo game, but they have to work hard to regain trust.

I’ve heard that some of the “returning” weapons found could just have been extra data left from Halo 5 that 343 didn’t remove. I hope they do add in those weapons back in though. Also nice to see space rhino, and the grunt goblin I guess.
Hopefully the bulk of these get finished, especially the AI and vehicles. We need more "sand" for our sandbox. Nevermind the prospect of creating some of the most insane firefight/PvE maps. Just imagine a whole team of Spartans defending a base from overwhelming Banished forces, or even the other way around.. The future is so exciting, but I have to remember to breathe since 343 doesn't understand basic CPR. Edit: I know it's not Microsoft or 343 in their entirety, just the higher-ups that make the final calls.. which is why they should be put on blast when necessary.
Yeah, I think it was meant to replace the hunters but they never got it to work well. So they basically ported over H5 hunters. Which explains why there are no real variations (i.e. Halo wars 2 hunters) and how they react to you so fast.

The fact this stuff is in the files, like the falcon or the banished shotgun but never gets added is insane. We can get new vehicles, weapons, enemies and more. And it's in the files. But they won't implement it. They're just sunsetting the game.

They unironically wanted to replace the Hunter, one of the most iconic Halo enemies that been in the franchise since the beginning with some generic horn monster that they ended up cutting anyways. What is wrong with 343's management?
I thought we were gonna see these things in campaign dlc I thought it was called infinite cuz they would release more campaign stuff each year. So lame, so sad.
All cuted weapons is good, except storm rifle 🤮, we need laser spartan, grenade launcher, fire launcher, needler rifle, haz rifle, conmotion rifle, brute cannon, spiker and more covenant, unsc and brute weapons.
I’ll just say, given how complete some of these are, it would be make sense for 343 to polish and release them is future dlc’s, regardless of them being cut from the launch product. 343 has also been teasing at sandbox and story updates. So these leaks, cut or dlc, shows a possible direction the company might be moving. The reason I commented is idk if it’s totally fair to blame CZcamsrs for how they cover stuff. A lot of them are working with a lot less than Delta Archive. So if nothing else, brain-dead as some may seem, at least they are passionate. And I personally appreciate that. There's a wreckage in-game of that prowler looking vehicle. It's by a waterfall. I always wondered what it really looked like.
It's called a Skiff, and there's a Mega Bloks set for it
It's a really cool set IMO. Very reminiscent of the Halo 3 Prowler
