I used to suffer from anxiety when i was with my husband. Now Alhamdulillah everything disappeared when i am out of his life. But sometimes if he calls me or come and meet kids i start getting that anxiety feelings. I feel like i cant breath. And my heartbeat goes faster . I dont know why this happened. But now Alhamdulillah We are separated since 3 years. When i used to live with him it was like almost every day. And when i am separated from him i feel no anxiety nothing. Alhamdulillah my each day is peaceful and no fear or anxiety. Alhamdulillah Ala kulli haal. Tuff days are gone Alhamdulillah.... I love my Allah . Thanks to Allah for taking me out from that scary situation. Those were my really hardest moments in my life Alhamdulillah. Finally my Allah took me out of it.

Al hamdoulillah, I had a lot of anxiety that was disabling. I couldn't get up off my bed, barely ate.
I had a therapist and she suggested I start meditation. I tried the breathe in breathe out thing she had suggested but... It only made me more anxious.
Subhan Allah, ever since I started praying, I have been genuinely happy. And I have never been like this before. Al hamdoulillah. I'm so grateful to Allah (swt) for answering my duaa when I was in deep despair and subhan Allah one day I even felt His presence when I was sitting in the dark and crying all the tears my body could hold.
It was an amazing experience. Subhan Allah.

It's a common concern amongst many but for those who believe there is hope, firstly I would suggest a balance of vitamins and minerals which due to long-term deficiency is the main cause of chemical imbalance in our minds as we age and secondly, the method which is usually the last resort but one which I have experienced work a treat is Ruqya (Islamic spiritual healing) which helps immensely and has helped many regain mental health and balance, lastly affliction is Allah's way of purging our sins and forgiving us, it's stated that the sick and disabled would be blessed with forgiveness on the day of judgment and although it's not a resolution for many right now, it is, however, a conciliation for some in the hereafter where the real-life starts. I'm happy to help should you have any questions or require assistance inshallah (God willing)

I never understood the addict until after my nervous breakdown. Only then did I see myself looking for an escape, it wasn't substance but it was still the same principle, I would search for something binge worthy to watch to occupy my overworked mind. Alhamdulillah with time I weaned myself off and substituted with physical activity even as mundane as cleaning, gardening too which is very good for the nervous system. This helped, Alhamdulillah also reading all 5 salaahs, reading Quran, and reciting after Fajr and Maghrib ayaatul kursi with durood Ebrahim and the 3 quls as prescribed by the late Moulana Yunus Patel Rahima uLlah who past away in the holy lands of Makkah, all this with listening to Quran especially by Moulana Maher AL Mauqily these things cured me. I am still doing all this 3 years later, Allah has made it easy. It's also good to talk to a trusted person or scholar and know that many people face mental health issues and anxiety in our time. You are not alone. Most important take away 5 times salaah, Quran the quls, abstinence from sins and lots of istigfaar and salawat upon Rasuloolah SAW

Peace be upon you, It is good to speak about mental health, more now than ever during Covid and is very good to speak about mental health. Being strong and ones mental health can be greatly impacted and by others even if you personally don't suffer from mental illness. The burden or Care for someone can cause you depression. You have to be Strong to deal with family loved ones and friends going through mental health issues. I pray for us all that Allah bless us with healthy minds. I Never experienced anxiety and until my Son got in trouble then I started to have a lot of worries tears, and stress and anxiety I started weight gain after losing weight more and more and that was a worse condition be cause I already have medical issues so I started to drink wine more than I said to myself now you are creating another problem another habit and it's killing you. So I just had to do surah add Dua , Supplication and get closer to Allah# bless. Then Praise .then one day I started working on my home.then my spiritual home and then anxiety got less and I continue by faith in Allah Continue to pray more and more go to Allah tell Allah this now I'm exercising and losing weight again. I realize that I have trial and tribulations Allah needs me to stand on faith and belief in Allah bless this has helped me. Sing and Praise and prayers Qur'an more and more for continuing in Good Mental health. I had to realize Allah is in charge and knows the unknown that I do not know . Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters may we grow more in the mercy and Grace of Allah. Allahu Akbar Subahanna Rabbayel Azeem
