So Michael's name was originally a question he asked Lucifer before banishing him from Heaven? "Who is like God?"
    Fascinating.

I'm under the impression that Saint Michael is a tough guy, with minimum sense of humor and no time for drama, I respect him so much, I definitely won't mess with him. In the other hand I sense Saint Raphael a busy man but more approachable, and Saint Gabriel an easy going and more friendly than the other two.

Angels were probably around long before the world that we know was created and the creation story of Genesis.

Does the St Thomas Insitute provide vocational degrees? Would these be like Catechist and Master Catechist certificates or something?

It’s amazing how much I’m exposed to talk on and on about Satan on CZcams, ewtn, homilies, street evangelicalism. It’s sickening, I got it. As an old fart catholic I have not heard anything new about Satan since high school. The talk about Satan and all his dimensions is so pervasive it’s troublesome trying to learn other things like incarnation, Catholic cosmology, inner meanings of the cross and sacred heart, nature of grace, the Jews, the Bible
and other matters. If anything about satanic activity that bothers me it’s the culling out of Catholics by JW’s, Mormons, SDA, and megachurches.

Just a thought: lesser demons fled from Christ when he cast them out or told them to be silent, yet satan (lucifer) confronted Jesus Christ (the True Light) Hence "light-bearer" he (the devil ) was allowed enough power to tempt him and even "touch"
    Him (brought him up to
The pinnacle of the temple) ?

Satan must have been in heaven for more than one day, in the book of Job he is mentioned. So he must still have been in God's grace?

I was taught many years ago that Lucifer as a name came from the description of him: he was “not the bearer of light” so was rejected. The poor original translation misunderstood he was not so used just Lucifer incorrectly

Gosh God had a bad first day at work. He makes rebellious angels, invents the devil. Whew he needed a drink at the end of that day!

I don't where you actually get that from cause my King James Bible doesn't saying anything that any angels were made on the first day. However in revelation it does say not to add or take from the word of God. You might want to reread and rethink what you are reading. If it doesn't say it and you can't prove it you shouldn't speak it. That would be adding to the word of God.
