How do you drive 72 miles per hour in narrow lanes of San Francisco ? That's even more than highway speed . How do you hit an entire family in a bus stop waiting for the bus to the zoo ? Why speeding so much even not in highway? This car was completely crushed .

Elderly Asian drivers are a huge issue in SF. Everyone has a story of nearly being run over by one of them!
Asian women in general - regardless of age. I had one back up into my car. She did not turn her head to look back and she did not have a rear-facing camera.

I just saw a 75yo kill 4 in a nail salon. He was driving drunk. This is ridiculous. Old people can't drive.
Old people can still drive, but you said he was drunk and someone should have told him not to be in front of the wheel.

I think the 10 innocent people killed (witch 4 were children) outnumber the 3 old people, who already had lived a long life. So, no, most old people should NOT be driving. Of any of the 10 people, were your family members you'd be singing a different tune.
All I do know is that when I reach ( God forbid) an age where I can't drive or my health starts to decline then its time for me to hang up my car keys. Put my ego on the side and start learing diffeent methods to be mobile safely
I once lived in a city with mostly Chinese and Vietnamese people. There were ghost cars in that town. Often, the drivers in front of me would suddenly slam on their brakes for a car in front of them that only they could see. 🤣 I called them "ghost cars". I had a many close calls. I lasted a year.
Charging a 78-year-old driver? He/she will be in the 80s if convicted!

A colleague, his Toyata Prius got hit by a 70 years old in Daly City . He fall asleep behind the wheel while on a stop sign and roll over the hilly area. He apperently suffered from sleep apnea. Gladly he was not speeding , so the colleague was safe.

I am 72 and need to drive to make a living. So how?
That's just not practical and I'd like to hear what your thoughts are when you turn 70; mandatory annual driving tests for OLD MEN. It usually old men who do these things because men go stupid far earlier than women.
