i love how Dragoon still has the windows watermark and often has screen tearing in that part as well. truly shows you how much of a waste it is to get a windows key

*alpha, beta was never available until recent
There used to be a bug where the quick draw could target and kill enemies at an infinite range when possessed (something I definitely would never abuse, ever), you could have probably also used that if they haven't fixed it yet.
Edit: just checked, hasn't been fixed yet (it's less OP than I remember it being, but that's probably because of an unrelated nerf to the quick draw, but it still works)

@@veryoriginalname2515 it's not really a fun bug, it's just kinda broken, you can beat most levels by putting one unit on a mountain and sniping for like an hour

It was so sudden it felt like it was made so that you read the title, click, and then it answer as if it was a conversation

Sometimes it's done right and intresting, but often it's just the most boring thing ever.
@@tartipouss Eh i disagree. I feel it's better to figure out whether it can be beaten during the video. Rather it being spoiled at the start. It's like watching a competition where they just tell you who wins at the start.

I just prefer having the answer being told to me and then watch how on Earth is it possible (in the case of this video) rather than having the possibility of some stuff being in fact impossible despite the guy in the video trying their best, it's a bit dissapointing

I love TABS, been following the game since 2016 and even played betas, thank you for playing this, modern TABS content hasn't appealed to me all that much, but this is nice.

Should have used the el mancho unit . His DPS is very high , pretty affordable in the legacy area and is strong enough to surive the largest hordes * makes sense since he jumped into a volcano on a shark strapped with dynamite*

me and my dad attempted a "spear thrower only run" and got much further than you would think. the level we're stuck on is difficult, REALLY difficult but not impossible. you should try it, it takes actual god strats to win.

9:20 I play TABS too and for this legacy map i took thor and ran to the secret cave with the acces under the Bridge/path, then i used his lightning to hit the units that had clogged up on the surface ,because AI is dumb Lol, and won the level. It,s funny how in both ways you need Thor to win.

Fun fact: you can beat the first half of the legacy campaign with 1 scarecrow, you can place them on one of the mountains in the background and then climb to the peak, where no-one can reach, but their crows have the longest range in the game, so they can still kill people on the opposite side of the map. It just takes a long time since the crow reload is 15 seconds and they don't do so much damage.
Edit: realized he used this strategy but only at the last 2 levels.
Dragoon keeps giving us sequels we never knew we needed.

I know you couldn't use legacy units at the start but the wizard is op for other campaigns I'm pretty sure he has infinite range like the scarecrow and his spell does pretty decent damage as well as damaging units around the one the spell hits. It also has a pretty fast reload time.

The map is Japanese, not Chinese. You can tell by the archways and the double columns. Chinese architecture is made of single columns and have different bridge styles than Japanese or Korean ones. Korean architecture is very much like Chinese but with slightly different colors. Also, cherry trees are not native to China or Korea.

btw i think you can beat every level by using the scarecrow and good positioning on the legacy map place it at the back on those rocks up against the mountain and clime the mountain(the scarecrow has hover which allows it to do this(you need to posses it for this to work))
