Good explanation of the etiquette -- well said! When I'm setting up my kayak and boaters come to the ramp I tell them to go ahead and launch. That only takes them a few minutes while I have a lot of pieces to adjust, replace, get ready, etc.

Are those pool noodles that you have on your cross bars? How well does the trailer tow when you have only one kayak riding on it?
I don't think this can be stated enough. The guys I fish with have gotten pretty good at this. But there's still a few that need reminders.

No bunks or way to control where it goes, although some tie a rope to it
@@JeffMalott hey thats what I wanna do and yes tie a rope to it and pull the trailer up out of the water enough to pull the kayak in reach. Its the way i used to do a duck boat
