World of Warships - Quick Cut: Tier IX Premium American Cruiser USS Tulsa

I feel like Tier IX Premium American cruiser USS Tulsa gets a bit of a bad rap. She's understandably compared to her Tier X cousin, Des Moines. Tulsa isn't ever going to be Des Moines, but she definitely has the tools to be competitive in a Tier IX/X game (we don't speak of Tier XI matchmaking). Here on Greece, my divmates and I put together a nice run down the eastern flank of the board and are able to maximize our various consumables to good effect.

Tulsa is a very good boat. Turret traverse is painful though. She's a good tier IX ranked ship I feel.
