    Let's be clear about the national park! Thankfully, Costa Rica's government took huge steps to protect turtle nesting habitat - and they clearly defined exactly how this parcel can be used in order to continue to protect turtles in the future. No, you will not be able to build 30-story towers on this parcel. No, the lights from your construction will not be allowed to ruin the habits of nesting turtles. And yes, you will have to leave a healthy swath of trees along the sand to shade and protect the park itself. You will also have to build within restrictions of the local water supply and details can be provided to interested investors. Clear restrictions are in place to make sure that the use of this land is in line with Costa Rica's conservation objectives.
