Dual Weber 34 ICT Tuning

I installed Dual Weber 34 ICT into my wife's 1972 Karmann Ghia. I need to do the setup on them. This video is how I setup dual carburetors.

Mixture Screw adjustment
Idle adjustment
Set the flow to match on both carburetors

Weber carbs were on the Fiat Bertone X1/9. 75 hp. Could pick up one side and flip it, small tight car.

Very Happy that I found you and this video!
I got a brand-new set of these ICT 34's and are on my stock 1600 Bug engine (same cc's as yours). Less than 700 miles on them and a rebuilt engine.
I paid to have the carbs "preset" at the dealership when I purchased them, and sought out professional help with
the initial setting of the adjustment screws.
Just recently I had to remove the carbs to do other work (one being to add Weber windows for easier access).
(Also an issue with proper crankcase ventilation, but that too is another story).
Long winded here ... wanted to tell you that this video will help me tremendously in getting the mixture and idle screws properly reset along with reminding me to reset the crossbar and accompanying linkages.
Sooo..thank you for assisting me in getting back of the road ... wanting to achieve this tune-up myself!

Excellent video , always been aware of the basics for setting icts , but this just goes into detail that little bit more , has confirmed my thoughts that the stock Webber jetting for the icts on a 1600 is a little on the large side and that the acc pump needed dropped a hole to lean it out on quicker throttle applications , respect for a great video

I have a 65 bug 1776 40idf. Planning on getting dual weber 34 ict.. how is your running.. recommendation?

So far, I like them. Just make sure they are jetted for your engine.

I just screw in the mixture screw until the engine stumbles and screw it out to the engine run at best.
