  • For years, Jennifer Murray suffered from low iron, among many other diagnoses, and was destined to receive blood transfusions twice-a-year for the rest of her life. That is - until she discovered REAL BREAD! Since eating real bread daily - made from freshly-milled grain - she no longer needs these transfusions, nor does she suffer from any of the other illnesses that was previously diagnosed.
Jennifer also brings emphasis to her daily scripture reading with the verse presented on the day of this recording. Proverbs 4:20, "My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don't lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them and healing to their whole body."

    I loved this woman's story.
I feel like 22:13 my own experience and that of my boyfriend, Rob. When i met him, he ate frozen pizzas and diner foods. With me, he ate better more nutritious home cooked meals more often than not. Then he got cancer and i researched nutritional information like there was no tomorrow. With radiation and nutrition and lots of prayer, his cancer went away.
Fast forward 5 years and i learn about freshly milled bread 🍞 (i had aleays made bread with store bought flour only). He was spending at least 30.00 and at most 60.00 per month on heartburn pills. No more. (They really do a number on your esophagus btw). Now we spend less than ten dollars per YEAR on those. Usually so he can take one after he eats at a restaurant. Amazing that we got to learn so much helpful information.

What an amazing story! Thanks so much for sharing it! Please also make sure to listen to our latest episode, number 132, as Sue addresses why we get reflux and how heartburn meds work. Please also consider kefir or kombucha, during or after meals, to help with reflux.

This is a great testimony!!! Thank you 🙏🏽 Was this young lady speaking about only eating Ezekiel bread that helped her get healthy?

I had the same issue with low iron and ferritin. For me I believe the issue was a leaky gut. The bread heals the gut.

God DID know what He was doing when He created the foods our bodies needed for fuel, didn’t He?! 😃😉
I’ve been milling my own wheat for a 1 1/2 years, & my granddaughter loves it. She said store bought bread sticks to the roof of her mouth, so she only wants Mammy’s bread!😁
I have Crohn’s & still struggle w/digesting hard red/white, which is so disappointing. But……I use my sourdough starter w/Einkorn, Spelt, Buckwheat, & will soon start experimenting w/Kamult.
Praying that one day, perhaps GOD will choose to heal my gut like He did Jennifer’s blood issue. It would be great to return to consuming all kinds of wheat!
Regardless…I’m grateful to eat what I can! Thanks for sharing this God-sized miraculous testimony! ❤

I love that your daughter said store bought bread sticks to the roof of her mouth. So glad you are doing this for your health and hers. My children are adults now, so they didn't get so lucky. But, better late than never.

@@user-bw2cr9qo9b it was actually my grand daughter telling my daughter that. I had sent two freshly milled/baked loaves w/them on their vaca. They ate both loaves quickly. So my daughter had bought grocery bread and made a sandwich to take to the beach. When my granddaughter began to eat it, each bite would stick to the roof of her mouth, per my daughter. We both were laughing hysterically as she related the story to me. After the second day of sandwiches sticking to the roof of her mouth, my granddaughter said, “MOM....I want Mammy’s bread!!! It doesn’t stick to the roof of my mouth!”🤣😆
So as Sue always touts....”It’s REAL bread!”
      Thanks for your comment, btw?🥰

Wow! That is great that your granddaughter detects a difference in the bread texture. We love that she prefers your bread as well. Thanks so much for sharing this with us! Praying that you experience healing with your Crohn's as well!

I’m wondering if being on antireflux meds for 15 years could have contributed to poor oral iron absorption?

What an amazing story, thank you so much for sharing it. I'm challenged with CIRS, it's a new diagnosis although I've been ill for years, and my new FNP has prescribed a high protein/fat very low carb diet, and grain-free. Well, something keeps me hoping that eating the bread will not interfere with my healing. I just can't see myself giving it up! I've been enjoying it for 6 months, which is when I started home-milling. We shall see what happens! 🙏
